继 洛谷 以后，第二个与管局硬刚的互联网平台出现了。

afdian.net 在2024年7月15日晚时被 clientHold 并禁止解析。

随后，爱发电的 ICP 备案被收回^[1]。此时仍可通过修改 hosts 访问。

在2024年7月16日00点12分时，腾讯云收回了爱发电的云服务器^[2]。

在00点25分左右，hold状态疑似取消，爱发电以未知方法在clinetHold状态下转移了域名(00点43分)

爱发电使用了 DNSPod 的分线路解析，海外使用 CloudFlare，在ClientHold之后，权威 DNS 不提供解析了，然后递归 DNS 就开始慢慢失效。

，爱发电切换 CloudFlare 线路^[3]并在其它服务器^[4]进行了备份恢复。我们建议创作者尽快提现余额。

2024年7月16日 01点17分测试：

• 实测已经无法进行发电（充值）操作。

• APP无法正常使用，webview提示"net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED"
• 部分地区可以进行支付操作。

01点43分，杭州、山东移动恢复访问。

01点49分，令人惊讶的时间片轮转式恢复。华中一分钟正常，华南一分钟正常，华北一分钟正常。原因详见上文的“转移域名”的方法。
